Address Changes
We strongly recommend to check the Shipping Address is current and completed (include unit# or apt# if any) at checkout. For any reason the shipping address needs to change after order placed, please send us an email immediately. Once the package is shipped, we cannot make any changes. The package will deliver to the original shipping address and no refund or replacement will be accepted.
Processing & Delivery Times
Standard shipping is done through USPS or UPS. Warehouse processing typically takes 1–3 business days; Carrier delivery typically takes 3–6 business days but may vary depending on the shipping service selected and destination. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please be aware there will be delay on Order processing and Delivery during the Holiday Season. Orders below the free shipping threshold ship at a flat rate of $8.95 within the contiguous United States. Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may vary. Free shipping applies to qualifying orders over $78.
Hotel/Airbnb Deliveries
If you are shipping to a temporary address such as Hotel or AirBnb, please contact us before placing your order so we can help ensure it arrives during your stay. Also, please include the Full Address, Guest Name, and Staying Dates which would be added on the shipping label for easy reference during delivery.

Please note once packages leave our warehouse, it is best to contact your local carrier for further tracking information.
U.S. Shipping Availability
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Permanent Inventory Count Policy
From time to time, our warehouse may conduct a scheduled physical inventory count. During these periods, shipping may be temporarily paused. Any upcoming inventory count dates and related shipping impacts will be announced on our website and in our announcement bar. Once the inventory count is completed, normal shipping operations will resume.
