Orders

Can I make changes to my order?

We will do everything we can to accommodate changes made after the order has been placed. If we can change a color / size / shipping address that was made in error at checkout (let's face it, it's an easy mistake to make) we will do everything we can to fix it. How do I track my order?

We always send out a shipping confirmation email that allows you to track your package. You can then track your package on the carrier’s website and be updated upon delivery. If you are unable to locate this, you can log into "My Account" and all your order status's will be shown.

An item is missing from my order, what should I do?

We do everything we can to ensure the best possible experience but there are times when errors can be made. Please contact us directly with your order number and the name of the missing item, and we will investigate and do everything we can to resolve this for you.

My order shows as delivered but I didn't receive it.

If your package was confirmed delivered by the carrier via a tracking number, we recommend you first need check with others in your household and neighbors to see if they brought in your package. You can also contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Shipping

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Yes! We use USPS to do this.

How long does shipping take? What courier is used?

Standard shipping is done through USPS or UPS.  Order Handling could take 3-5 business days, and delivery will vary depends on Carrier Service Used and Destination. Shipping is handled Monday - Friday. Standard shipping is $6 however we offer FREE shipping on orders over $30.

Do you ship internationally? 

Unfortunately, not at this time. Currently we are available only in the US.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item?

Don't love an item you ordered? No problem! You have 14 days to return it back to us, as long as the product is in pristine, unworn condition. Please contact us atcustomerservice@esphkltd.com  with the email address you used to place the order, or the order number, and let us know which item you are returning.  

Who pays for return shipping?

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Can we exchange an item?

Yes, we allow exchanges for any color or size of a product already ordered, within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unworn and in original pristine condition with all original tags attached. Please contact us at customerservice@esphkltd.com with the email address you used to place the order, or the order number, and let us know which item you are exchanging.

How long does it take to get a refund / exchange?

Once received at our facility it can take anything up 10 business to process the refund back to your original payment method.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days to return it back to us, as long as the product is in pristine, unworn condition. ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Why was I refunded less than my order?

When an item is returned to us, you will receive a refund for the total amount you paid after any discounts were applied to your order. Please note that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.
